General FAQ



What's in the box?

By default, you will receive your GBuys computer, an instruction manual, a microsoft mouse and keyboard, and a USB key with important information, softwares and drivers. Other peripherals can easily be added to your order from the 'Accessories' page.



When will my computer be shipped?

Your computer will be built to order with the latest components availalbe and thoroughly tested for a period of 24 hours. Orders are usually shipped within 4 to 10 business days. We will send you a confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped.



How is shipping calculated?

Ground shipping on all GBuys computers is free for a limited time.



Can I check my order's status online?

Yes, to check your order's status, simply click on the 'Order Status' link on the top right corner of the website. Enter your login information, and voila!



Can I update my order after it has been submitted?

Yes, the best way to update your order is to visit the Contacts page and to fill out the form. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been updated.



What is your return policy?

We will accept returns up to thirty (30) days after the original purchase date. Individual component (hard disk drive, DVD drive, etc...) refunds vary depending on the manufacturers’ policy.



How do I contact technical support?

The number for technical support is found on the last page of the owner's manual that comes with your computer.



How do I request an RMA?
